links at right will take you to the financial statements
for Herbologics, Ltd. (d/b/a
Lumen Foods) for the
years ending July 31, 2004, 2005, and 2006. Links below
each of these provide "revised" profit and loss statements
that take into account non-reoccuring income and
expenses, as well as discretionary expenses, that any new
owner would not be expected to experience in their ownership
of the business. Historically, in its 20 year history,
profits from Lumen Foods (under Lumen Food Corporation from
February, 1986 to August, 1993; and then under Herbologics, Ltd.
from September, 1993 to the present) have been used to
fund and spin off not less than 5 other enterprises.
This precedent makes providing "revised" income statements
essential to understanding what a new owner can realistically
anticipate in financial performance from the company.

Income statements
for all four quarters of 2006 are provided, along
with a "revised" income statement
covering the first three quarters.

Below this you will
find bank statements from our lead bank -- covering the
past 36 months, along with
tax returns for the past three years.
