Ordering From
Lumen Foods
Before we go any farther, remember: you can check with the closest
health foods retailer in your area to order those products which
are not "long-term storable." Lumen Foods'
products are carried by the largest and most respected names in
the health foods business. Check our list of wholesalers
alphabetically or
by region to find the one nearest to you.
Then call to ask which retailers in your neighborhood carry our
products. If you are unable to get the Lumen Foods' products
you want locally, please email us.
In the meantime, you are welcome to use our

obtain all your favorite Lumen Foods' products. |

are a new customer, so you familiarize yourself with our shipping
charge policy. |
At this point you have FOUR methods of placing your order:
1. GO TO OUR
VIRTUAL STORE. ---- Our current store engine is built in the
Ecartsoft store engine. It is easy
to use, very intuitive, and uses the latest encryption technology
to protect your privacy.
2. ORDER VIA FAX. ---- Provide the particulars under #4 below and fax it to us at 337-436-1769.
3. VOICE ORDER BY PHONE. ---- You may call our order line at
800-256-2253 to place your order. (If you call between
9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (central standard time) you'll speak to an order taker;
after hours, leave the particulars listed in #4 below
on our "memory call" system
and we will call you back (or e-mail if you prefer> to confirm
your order and fulfill your request.)
4. ORDER BY EMAIL. ---- Just send in your order by email,
using "support@soybean.com" as the recipient email address.
For both choices #3 and #4, you will need to give us the following
information:
Here is the information you will need to give us if you order using "method" two or three:
- Your name. (first, middle, last)
- Your mailing address. (the address you use in connection with your credit card; if the shipping address -- where you want your order to be shipped UPS -- is different, please let us know this address, as well. If you want your order shipped via U.S. Postal, please indicate this as well)
- City, state, and zip for the addresses in #2. Include country, where applicable.
- Each item you wish to order: Code or Description, plus Quantity.
- Method of Payment: We accept MasterCard, Visa, A/X, & Discover.
If you are using a credit card, be sure to include both number and
expiration date. If you wish to send us a check or money order,
include it with your order and mail to: Lumen Foods,
