Our Guarantee

The following warranty applies exclusively to all products purchased from Lumen Foods via the Whole Foods Vegetarian Catalogue (hard copy or Web version): If you, as a Lumen Foods customer, are not satisfied with the quality of any of our products, return the entire package for replacement or refund (specify which you prefer). A 100% money-back refund (including freight-out, where applicable) will be sent for any returned Lumen product, regardless of reason, provided that not more than 50% of the product has been consumed or otherwise removed from its container. In addition, product may not be returned which is older than 3 months old (i.e. it has been 3 months since the product was shipped out to you), or which is ostensibly the result of deliberate misuse or destruction. This warranty does not apply to any of the company's raw agricultural product, unless there is verifiable defect. This includes all individual, bulk, or bundled product containing one or more of the following: raw grains, legumes, dehydrated fruits and vegetables, pastas; natural preservatives, oxygen absorbers, or mylar materials.
